I have a Fitimage Online Membership. How do I log into the platform and access my content?

You can access the online platform at fitimage.io/login_user. You will be able to login with the email and account created for you when you purchased the subscription. You should have received an email with the subject "Subscription Created". You can recover your account with forgotten password. Be sure to use the email address you made the subscription purchase with. If you are still not able to access your account, please contact feedback@fitimage.io.

What is the difference between Fitimage Online and Fitimage app?

The Online Fitimage Subscription allows you to access all your workout plans and meal plan though our online portal at fitimage.io/login_user. You can purchase an subscription on the homepage. With your app you can use the camera to measure your bodyfat and access your profile, workout plan and meal plan, different charts to keep track of your progress on the go.

Can I update my address, credit card information and profile through my self-service portal?

You can delete a credit card and add another credit card to your account in your profile page. If you have any difficality please contact feedback@fitimage.io.

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can contact our friendly support team via email feedback@fitimage.io to cancel your subscription.

What is the refund policy?

Here at Fitimage we offer a 100% money back guarantee within the first 14 days of payment for your initial purchase of the program.
